HOW TO USE

DIY TIP: Create a pre-bedtime massage oil or a relaxing bath oil by blending 6 drops of Goodnight Oil with 20ml of carrier oil.

ROOM FRAGRANCE: Add up to 6 drops of the blend to an essential oil diffuser to create a restful night-time atmosphere.

BED-TIME: Simply put a few drops on a tissue before bed and leave near your pillow.
