To help you have a restful nights sleep, try adding a few drops of our Goodnight blend to warm running water, diluted in our bath dispersing oil, in a pre-bedtime bath.

Then add few drops on a tissue, or on your pillow, or diffuse in our Aroma-Space diffuser in your bedroom before you drift off to sleep.
