How to Register

All users will have to register on the site with correct details and valid delivery and billing addresses.

To register for a Trade, Therapist or Student Therapist account, simply select the option in the drop down menu within the registration form and follow the instructions provided. Your trade account will be activated once it has been verified by Absolute Aromas. Once this has been confirmed, you will be able to view the approriate pricing structures and offers.

How To Order

UK Orders

There are two options for those ordering in the UK. You can either log in with your registered details, or simply place an order using our Guest Checkout.

For those with Professional Accounts, you will need to log in to view the correct prices.

N.B. Once logged in, you will be able to see all previous orders placed under this account name, along with a list of previously ordered products, to enable you to efficiently add these to your current order.

Please aim to check all orders once received within 24 hours, if you have any problems with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders Outside of the UK

To view relevant pricing, in the correct currency, you will need to be set up with an account. To do so, please register for an account using the Registration Form on this website, and email our sales team noting your account name and the correct currency.

Alternatively, simply email all details through to our sales team who can then set you up with an account.

General Ordering Process

You can shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply follow the step by step checkout process, entering your relevant details, to send us your order.
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway which offers maximum security. The payment will be authorised upon order but no money will be taken from your account until your goods are ready to be despatched.

Please note, if payment authorisation fails at the checkout, your order will be cancelled and nothing will be despatched.
