Why is our Rose Otto so great?
This premium quality Rose has been sustainably sourced from Bulgaria. It is extremely difficult to extract oil from the petals of the rose, and the fragility of the petals requires great skill in production.
The two main ways are first, solvent extraction of a concrete which is then produced into an absolute (Rose Absolute), or, distillation to produce an essential oil (Rose Otto).
To source the best essential oil suppliers, we travel the world and only opt for oils from controlled, sustainable sources, that have little or no negative impact on the environment. None of our products are tested on animals and all are free from GM materials.
