Returns Policy for UK Customers
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, it can be returned to Absolute Aromas within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and received here in saleable condition. Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Number and ensure that this number is clearly marked on correspondence enclosed with the return package. We recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for returns that fail to reach us.
If you are returning an order or part of an order due to an error on our part we will refund the return delivery charges you incur. However, for returns that are not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for any costs involved in its return.
Returns Policy for Non UK Customers
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us for any reason, please contact us directly and we will advise you how to proceed.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to email@example.com or call +(44) 01420 540400, This has to be done before we have packed or dispatched the goods to you. If your goods have already been dispatched, you can return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.
By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Absolute Aromas. If you fail to return the goods Absolute Aromas we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.
Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This 14 day period commences the day after the goods have been received. If you wish to cancel your order under these regulations this must be received in writing either by email, fax or letter. We cannot accept cancellations by telephone. Under these regulations Absolute Aromas must receive all goods within 14 days. All goods returned are at your expense. Goods must be unopened, unused, in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturers packaging.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Ordering from us
As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. An order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and the delivery address entered will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check this acknowledgent as we are not liable for any errors you may make when ordering items through our website.
We may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available or in stock at Absolute Aromas, or if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website or failing to collect a parcel within the courier’s timeframe.
We make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Absolute Aromas will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered the risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you.
Absolute Aromas takes no responsibility for how you use the information provided. You must consult with your doctor or trained Aromatherapist before starting any new treatment or if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Absolute Aromas offers no medical advice and nothing contained on its pages intends or claims to be professional medical advice.
Permission to reprint or digitally reproduce any page from Absolute Aromas website, text, logos or graphics for any other purpose is restricted, unless prior consent has been given from Absolute Aromas.
