Whilst Lavender is designed to help calm and stabilize the mind, Eucalyptus and Tea Tree have clearing and cleansing properties. All of these essential oils can be used in steam inhalations, diffusers, compresses and within homemade product recipes.
Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus Globulus is one of the most popular essential oils in aromatherapy, it is best-known for its wonderful clearing aroma which helps to clear and refresh the senses. Eucalyptus is steam distilled from the fresh or partly dried leaves of the Eucalyptus tree.
Lavender: Grown at low altitude in the Provence region of France, Lavender is an extremely soothing and relaxing essential oil and is commonly used to help calm and stabilize the mind, aid sleep, and soothe irritability.
Tea Tree: Tea Tree Essential Oil is one of the most popular oils in aromatherapy, prized for its naturally cleansing and antibacterial properties. This oil is steam distilled from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a small tree native to Australia.
