Why are our Himalayan Bath Salts so great?
This pure salt is rich in many minerals, which is why it has many health benefits attributed to it.
Having a long soak in a bath with Himalayan salt is known to soothe irritated skin while also offering relief for tired, aching muscles, and they also stimulates the natural healing process and helps to detoxify the skin.

How to use
Pour a handful of the salt under warm running water and gently swirl the water until the salts are totally dissolved. Alternatively, use in a foot soak by adding a capful or two into a bowl. Soak, and Relax.
Top tip:
Try adding a handful of the Himalayan Bath Salt to a carrier oil of choice (e.g. Sunflower Oil or Sweet Almond oil) to create a natural body or foot scrub!
