Melissa essential oil has a delicate, lemony, herbaceous aroma, and is prized for its uplifting and refreshing properties. It is also a great oil for helping to comfort the mind by calming unpleasant feelings of tension and nerves. For your convenience we have diluted this Melissa to a 3% dilution in Jojoba oil making this oil ready to use directly on the skin.
This essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves and flowering tops of the Melissa plant.
This dilution is a great way to enjoy the benefits of Melissa Oil at a more affordable cost, pure Melissa essential oil is known to be very expensive, this is because it takes 7 tonnes of leaves and flowers are needed to produce just 1 kg of oil!
