Add 300g of salts to a warm bath, and soak for 40 minutes to ease tension and promote relaxation. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your soak to stay hydrated. Tired, dry or aching feet? Make your own foot scrub by adding 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil to remove dead skin and moisturise.Â
