Why is our Evening Primrose Oil so great?
This fine oil is particularly useful for dry & mature skin, as it helps to deeply nourish skin thanks to the essential fatty acid content, consisting primarily of the omega-6 essential fatty acids, linolenic acid and gamma linolenic acid. How to use
Add a few drops to an Ultrasonic Diffuser to create a refreshing atmosphere that is perfect for a work environment or to meditate.
Blend 2 drops of Eucalyptus, 1 drop of Roman Chamomile and 1 drop of Lavender in two teaspoons of Sweet Almond oil and massage into the chest and back to release pressure and improve clear breathing.
When suffering from a cold, put a few drops in hot water, hang your head over the bowl and inhale the steam. This can help with clearing the airways.
